General usage
1 Placing an order at hustydesigns.com confirms that you accept our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to change the same at any time.
2 Our design services are limited to websites containing Gambling, illegal products, pharmacy, drug, weapons, hate speech or adult content.
3 Any order placed will be processed only after a partial upfront or full payment is made by the client.
4 We have the right to retain the project source files of homepage designs unless the project is exclusively a homepage PSD design only. Graphic designs, banners and other stationery PSD files shall be provided upon request.
5 If we come across a complex design (custom requirements are needed), we will contact you and additional fees will be required to complete the theme.
6 Loss of project files or broken layouts occured by a non-hustydesigns staff or the client itself after the project is complete will not be part of hustydesigns's responsibility. However you can request for the backup files of your project within 1 month of project completion, after which we will not be responsible for any kind of losses.
7 It is the client's responsibility to verify, review and report any issues or changes on the PSD mockups before confirming it.
8 All orders placed & payments processed are final and non-refundable under following circumstances.
A full refund will be considered based on the following reasons:
- - Client’s order cannot be completed.
- - Client’s request to cancel the order is received before the initial phase of project is started.
A partial refund will be considered based on the following reasons:
- - Client is not reasonably and legitimately satisfied with the quality of the code or service and provides a comprehensive proof/explanation of the matter.
9 Any disputes or chargebacks raised will be handled through the respective payment gateways and any on-going project will be put to hold until the dispute is resolved.
10 Any Refund request is valid only within a period of 60 Days (From the date of transaction initiated). Refund payments for unprocessed services requested after 60 days, will be added to your client portal's account balance which can be used to purchase any services in future.
Violation of service
1 Our footer Link (Hustydesigns Logo and "Designed by" text) must remain at the footer or where ever it was placed while desiging in the default way we added it, unless you have purcased the one-time footer link removal addon service.
2 Incase of removing or mis-placing the "Hustydesigns" footer link, the respective project files will be uploaded on our free to download template's section.
